POTATO BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP



*What you will need

°4 strips of bacon
°1 (10 oz) pkg frozen cauliflower (thawed)
°1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli (thawed)
°1 (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
°salt and pepper 
°Optional: 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

*How to do it

Cook bacon until crispy. drain well on paper towels then crumble.
Placing broccoli & cauliflower in slow cooker. Spoon soup over vegetables; sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 3 to 4 hours.
About 20 minutes before the end of the dish, top with cheddar cheese.
