PECAN CHOCOLATE CHIP



*Ingredients

°10 cookies
°150g flour
°100g chocolate chips
°50g sugar
°50g butter
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°1 egg
°1 C. c. yeast
°½ tsp. c. salt or fine salt

Preparation

For this recipe, your butter must be very soft.

In a bowl, mix butter, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the flour, salt and baking powder little by little and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix.

Make small balls, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them very slightly.

Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes (depending on the texture you want, I like when it's very soft). Let cool on a rack.
