*Ingredients:
°1 pound lean ground beef
°1 medium onion, chop (1/2 cup)
°1 package (1 ounce) Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning Mix
°1 can (16 oz) tomato sauce
°1 can (15.25 oz) kernel corn
°2 cups shredded cheddar or American processed cheese (8 ounces)
°2 c Original Bisquick™ mix
°1 c milk
°2 egg
°Sour cream, chop tomatoes & shredded lettuce, if desire

Heat oven to 325°F. Greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch rectangular pan.

Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is browned; drain. Stirring in dry seasoning mix, tomato saucealsoand corn. Pour into pan; sprinkle with cheese. Mix Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes . Let cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with the rest ingredients.
