Oven-Peach-Cobbler




*Ingredients:

°6-8 peaches, peeled and sliced
°1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
°1c of flour
°1c of sugar
°1 c brown sugar
°1 tsp baking powder
°⅛ teaspoon of salt
°1 cup of milk
°1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
°Juice of ½ lemon

*Instructions:

Preheat grill to 375°F.
Dump the softened margarine into the center of a 9×13-inch baking dish, do not spread the margarine around the pan.
In another bowl, combine the flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder.
Gradually add the milk and vanilla concentrate and mix to adhere. Pour the batter over the margarine, but do not mix.
Add the earthy colored sugar, peach pieces and lemon juice to a saucepan on high. Stir frequently until the sugar is completely dissolved and the peaches have released their juice.
Drop the peaches on top of the player. Try not to mix.
Heat for 40-45 minutes or until the highest point of the cobbler is shiny brown.
Serve hot or cold, or with a scoop of froz yogurt.
