Old Fashioned Pancakes


*INGREDIENTS :

°300g flour
°50g sugar
°1 packet vanilla sugar
°5 eggs
°½ glass of water
°1 C. orange blossom water
°½l of milk
°60g butter
°30g oil
°1 pinch salt


*PREPARATION :

Melt the butter in a little milk.

In a large bowl, pour the flour, sugars, salt, eggs, water, oil, salt, and melted butter.

Gradually add the milk, stirring everything with a hand whisk.

At the start, do not put too much milk in order to have a fairly consistent dough and beat vigorously so as to crush all the lumps of flour.

5.
Then add the rest of the milk to obtain a fluid and smooth paste. If necessary, add a little milk.

6.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes before cooking the pancakes in a pan.
