*Ingredients For 6 people:
°150 g of sugar
°4 eggs
°50 cl Cold fresh cream
°2 cans Pineapple (or 1 can and a fresh pineapple)
*Preparation Steps:
STEP 1: Separate the egg yolks from the whites, add the sugar, the juice from a can of pineapple, then bring the mixture (egg yolks + sugar + pineapple juice) to a boil. Let cool.
STEP 2: Whip the egg whites, as well as the whipped cream.
STEP 3: Add to the cooled mixture, first the whipped egg whites then the whipped cream.
STEP 4: Then add the pineapple pieces.
